Are you passionate about data analysis and creating high-quality reports? Join us as a Jr Reporting BI Analyst! You'll be responsible for setting up and modifying existing client reports, ensuring complex customer deliverables and queries are turned around efficiently, following best design practices. In addition to the initial set up of reports, the job will focus on reverse engineering existing reports to find ways to enhance their quality and efficiency.
- Setting up and modifying client reports
- Reverse engineering existing reports and solutions to automate and gain efficiencies
- Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, flagging data quality issues
- Serving as primary point of contact for clients to ask questions and solve challenges and providing best-in-class technical support
- Triaging of ad hoc client queries/request - Data pulls, reports, issues, and questions
- Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples and implementing the approach in own work whenever possible.
- Designing reports in a way that prevents issues and makes them easy to update and maintain.
- Helping both associates to resolve issues and understand best practices through knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Advanced English level (B2-C1) (Mandatory)
- From 1 to maximum 3 years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence, market research, data analysis, or working with consultancies or agencies of market research, Retailers or consumer goods manufacturers (Mandatory)
- Must be located in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Required: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree

- Strong communication and requirement gathering skills to thorughly and accurately define the scope of new requests with onshore partners.
- Capable of building scalable reports/templates that can be applied across clients or contexts.
- Understanding of the customer environment, and builds knowledge of the organization, customer, and processes
- Translates technical concepts into simple questions and explanations for less technical stakeholders
- Demonstrates ability to analyze possible solutions using experience and judgment and precedents.
