Generative AI Engineer - Contractor

The Role

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to develop and integrate AI-driven chat solutions for customer interactions and internal automation. You’ll lead LLM deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization, ensuring scalable, high-performance AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy customer-facing AI chatbots for account management, billing, and order tracking.
• Implement LLM-based automation for internal workflows.
• Develop and maintain backend systems (Python, Java) to support AI functionalities.
• Optimize chatbot performance with prompt engineering and real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document best practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working with LLMs (deployment, fine-tuning, real-world integration).
• 5+ years in software engineering (backend focus, Python or Java).
• Experience with AI agent architectures (AutoGen, MetaGPT, LangGraph, etc.).
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (DialogFlow, Rasa, MS Bot Framework).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and observability tools.
