Your Network Team 
We are now looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our RELEX family in Finland. You will be part of the Public Cloud and Networks sub-department leadership team where we offer valuable common services to our software development teams. In this role, you will be the leader for our Network Operations Center team of expert network specialists. You will serve as a people leader—motivating, mentoring, and managing talent—while actively collaborating with key internal stakeholders to build and refine a clear, prioritised roadmap and backlog.

The team maintains and develops the company’s hybrid cloud networks that enables the SaaS business. Continuous learning and integral team spirit are in their DNA. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of network specialists
• Create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment that fosters professional growth, continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Represent the team within the wider organization, manage cross-functional stakeholder dependencies and ensure open communication and valuable feedback.
• Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap for our hybrid network initiatives. Oversee the team backlog, ensuring tasks are well defined, refined, and in line with overall business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, technical architects, and other engineering leaders to balance planned projects with reactive tasks and technical improvements.
• Ensure that our network solutions maintain the highest standards of operability, security, performance and documentation.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of proven domain expertise in network engineering and management within hybrid network enterprise environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of conducting cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Understanding of designing, operating, and optimizing networks that span private data centres to public clouds.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling high-performing technical teams.
• Strong skills in backlog management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategies.
• A visionary approach with the ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
• Experience in aligning technical initiatives with broader business objectives.

What we consider as an advantage:

• Knowledge about Next-gen firewalls, switches, routers, load-balancers, Linux networking, VPNs, etc.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Python, CI/CD, or similar)
• Understanding of Azure and other Cloud Networks and Network Service providers
