About the RoleRedhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Military Aircraft Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role in transforming Air Force aircraft maintenance through Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiatives. Leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, you will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of aircraft sustainment, contributing significantly to national security. You will be a key player in enhancing data quality, leading program initiatives, and mentoring junior team members. This role offers high visibility within Redhorse and a chance to make a tangible difference in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with CBM+ business and mission objectives.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense to support aircraft maintenance analytics and decision-making.
• Enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support ongoing CBM+ efforts.
• Provide expert insights on maintenance practices to support AI/ML development.
• Participate in engagement meetings, advising stakeholders on military aircraft data and trends.
• Mentor junior team members and support strategic objectives related to predictive maintenance and data analytics.
• Enhance quality control (QC) for maintenance data product models.

Required Experience/Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, including 2+ years in data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Air Force maintenance practices and aircraft industry trends.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions to complex maintenance challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring junior analysts.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel) and statistical modeling (Weibull, Gamma distributions).
• Ability to interpret Aircraft Technical Orders and apply general aircraft maintenance knowledge.
• Strong communication skills capable of presenting technical findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience with Maintenance Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple projects.

Desired Experience

• Advanced understanding of AI/ML applications in predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) data systems and Air Force-specific platforms.
