The Senior Revenue Data Analyst will lead projects leveraging advanced data science skills to develop tools and analyses. They will revolutionize our demand forecasting and ROI processes and tools to better match supply and demand. As an expert in Python and SQL, the Senior Revenue Data Analyst will tackle complex problems involving large sets of structured and unstructured data.

The starting salary for this role is $80K; commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate the peak on-rent forecast using Python to improve demand forecast accuracy. Integrate projections into systems and provide early warnings for critical areas
  • Develop an ROI analysis framework to assess fleet move effectiveness, incorporating a future cost model and automated performance review
  • Build an RPU maximizer tool to better equip the team with data-driven insights. This tool will streamline the process of balancing demand with fleet allocation, optimizing resource utilization and maximizing revenue per unit
  • Curate and map automated data sources using Databricks, Pyspark and SQL
  • Ensure data accuracy, automation and monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science or another analytical field
  • 2+ years previous experience in data analytics or a master’s degree in the relevant subject matter required.
  • Strong experience in Python and SQL required
  • Experience in Pyspark and Tableau preferred
  • Additional Experience in Databricks, R, machine learning, forecasting, other data visualization tools preferred
  • Proficient in critical thinking, problem solving and adaptability required
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to support, develop, and enhance reporting and tools 
  • An effective data storyteller who explains problems, presents insights and finds creative solutions
