Technical Success Analys (Data Analyst)

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support our clients as they navigate and optimize their use of our reporting and data aggregation platform. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong communication skills who can be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical support, and report customization tailored to their needs.

As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will play a critical role in driving customer success, providing technical guidance, and helping clients maximize the platform's capabilities to extract valuable insights from their data.

Requirements

SQL
Reporting Tools – Familiarity with platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Data Integration – Understanding of pulling data from multiple sources and structuring it for reporting.
Strong Communication and ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Experience with digital advertising technology is a significant bonus.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Python

Become an expert on reporting platforms, understanding their features, capabilities, and integrations.

Assist new customers in navigating and utilizing the platform efficiently.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, changes, and troubleshooting.

Modify and generate reports by integrating data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Work with Python, SQL, and reporting tools to extract, transform, and present data.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure smooth client experiences.

Maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities for platform optimization.
