We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for a new product line within the corporate travel and AI domains.
Your Impact:
- Own our email/chat automation solution end-to-end from a product perspective including strategy and roadmap.
- Maximize the coverage of types of interactions the solution can handle automatically while ensuring high accuracy and excellent user experience.
- Research competitors to inform strategy.
- Ensure AI product quality via development of guardrails & QA tools.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Work directly with our clients as well as with our partners.
- Collaborate with business unit teams to understand their operational needs and identify new product opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to impact product strategy and make data-driven decisions.
- Measure and report on the performance of products, and identify areas for improvement.
- Own backlog and its prioritization.
- Enable Sales on selling this solution, and guide them in terms of messaging, competitive features, limitations, etc.
Requirements
About you as an AI product manager
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- A proven track record of developing and launching successful SaaS products.
- Experience meeting clients (Director-level above) and conducting discovery calls.
- Ability to develop demos showcasing key use cases and personalization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to own a product and lead cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business, or engineering, is preferred.
- Fluent English.
