The AI Literacy Lead focus specializes in the enablement leg of our data literacy program by engaging directly with analytics and business intelligence platform users to diagnose and address knowledge and skills gaps. Engagements are intended to be short in nature and focus on non-production support root causes. The role leverages expertise through existing documentation, subject matter experts, vendor resources, and other industry best practices. Through this combination, the role can facilitate an enterprise data-driven culture by making access to data and insights faster, easier, and more relevant to individual users’ contexts.  

This role will focus on enabling Artificial Intelligence capabilities across our enterprise by engaging directly with target users, diagnosing AI literacy gaps to successful adoption, and designing/publishing corresponding literacy journeys in collaboration with other functions of Data Literacy. 

Lead efforts to engage data end users to understand existing skills and knowledge gaps to leveraging AI capabilities across enterprise personas.   

Partner with business and technology leadership to understand current and future AI capability portfolio.  

Implement actions to enhance current and target user skill and knowledge competencies to leveraging AI capabilities for data-driven decision-making.  

Guide SMEs and other members of Data Literacy as needed to provide short-term solutions  

Engage leadership and other stakeholders to define, measure, and report on adoption success and value  

Implement learning activities tied to analytics tools use and drive their consumption  

Lead user communities through recurring user group meetings, online fora, knowledge transfer activities, and other data-democratizing approaches.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days.

Education 

  • Required 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or in lieu of related degree, at least 9 years of experience with data analytics responsibilities in either a data-related or business org  
  • Preferred 
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics)

Knowledge & Experience 

  • 6-8 years of experience in a Data Analysis role 
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and related and techniques 
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Proven experience in working with large datasets and performing or supporting predictive analysis 
  • Proficent with learning and development techniques and best practices 
  • Proven experience leading high-impact initiatives in service of a wide range of senior stakeholders and user communities 

 Technical Skills  

  • BI/Analytics Technologies and Solutions (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, Power BI, and others) 
  • 2+ years direct experience engaging with machine learning, artificial intelligence or related technologies in an enterprise context 
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
