Detailed Description

As a Working Student at Nokia on the Product Knowledge and Delivery team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a hybrid team focused on delivering customer user documentation and product web-based training for our Cloud RAN and Classical RAN hardware products.

Our team greatly contributes to the success of the company by ensuring that our customers have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize our products.

In this role, you will have the chance to work with large language models, gaining practical experience in telecommunications engineering, technical communication, and HW and SW testing.

We are looking for someone who works within clearly defined guidelines, standard operating procedures, and/or technical methods with regular supervision.

As part of the team, you will:

• Evaluate and select appropriate alternatives from defined options to solve standard problems.
• Engage with users and developers of product web-based training and customer documentation to offer support with input collection and validation.
• Be reviewing the project delivered output from both usability and technical perspectives, providing support with the comments' implementation.

Studies

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/master’s program: Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies, Communication Sciences, Digital Media

Possesses excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Is flexible and open to following various instructions and adaptable to change when the situation calls for it.

Scope & Contribution

Most work carried out according to specific instruction and set procedures. Requires close supervision and coaching from SLM or peers.

Possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and highly capable of juggling multiple projects all under committed deadlines

Ability to draft reports and technical documents using Large Language Models (AI) such as GPT

Communication

Microsoft Office 365 Suite awareness

Language knowledge: English (read, write, speak) - B2 level
