Responsibilities

Your Role 

As a Manager, Data Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, building, and sustaining our data and decision products (queries, dashboards, reports, etc.) fora given functional area. This role will specifically support our Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal functions. This role will be the primary point of contact for ourbusiness partners aligned to their functional responsibilities and will be supported by a D&A shared services COE for data modeling and visualization support.

• Manage the lifecycle of a portfolio of data products from initial stakeholder discussions, final product deployment, and sunsetting legacy solutions.• Be the driving force behind impactful data solutions shaping strategic decisions within the Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal functions.• Actively bridge the gap between the IT team and our business partners, translating business needs to technical requirements as a trusted advisor.• Enhance the data culture at RCP by training your functional partners in the effective use of data, including self-service options.• Shape our data management and architecture strategies by identifying technology capabilities needed to drive business value.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Data / Analytics roles.
  • 2+ years of supporting SAP data products for Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal functions, or direct experience working in one of these functional areas in theCPG industry.
  • Measurable experience in improving Business KPIs related to Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal functions.
  • Direct Experience with SAP ECC data architecture (BW, HANA).
  • Hands-on experience with PowerBI, Business Objects, and Analysis for Office.
  • Experience identifying and delivering business solutions and proving value to non-technical stakeholder.

Icing on the cake:

  • S/4 HANA experience including CDS Views, BTP, SAC and Fiori for data consumption.
  • Experience with data science & advanced analysis techniques (Python, regression analysis, predictive forecasting, etc.).
  • Exposure to Generative AI solutions to drive decision-making.

Posted Salary Range

USD $115,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /A

Bonus Eligibility

Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
