Data Management Professional - BI Developer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to enable data-informed decisions. 
• Craft requirements for data engineering pipelines and advanced analytics solutions as well as verifying SLAs and data quality. 
• Drive adoption of data analytics best practices. Guide and upskill more junior colleges. 

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to define scope ensuring scalability, security and efficiency.

• Provide sustained operational support for deployed solutions, addressing emerging challenges and proposing enhancements, all within the framework of standardized processes.

• Maintain necessary documentation to keep processes transparent and in alignment with global guidelines.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to uncover and prioritize opportunities to support data driven decision making.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in economics, informatics, or a related field.

• PowerBI 4+ years (including DAX, data modeling and performance optimization)
• Strong experience in defining and tracking business metrics. 
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles (ETL, SQL, pipelines, warehousing)
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into data solutions and analytical insights into action suggestions.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to comprehend business processes and identify automation oppor-tunities.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies; you don't need to be an expert, but comfort in contributing to agile practices (like defining user stories) is essential.

• Business fluent English

• Valid working permit for Czech Repulic
