The Manager, Data Management will be responsible for executing data quality initiatives, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting data governance efforts within Global Wealth Management Operations. In this role you will measure and contribute to improving the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of key data assets used across Global Wealth Management Operations. This will involve working with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand data requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external feeds, to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and investigate and resolve data-related issues, working with technical teams to implement fixes
• Profile data, perform data quality checks, and identify data integrity issues
• Develop and implement data quality rules and monitoring processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation of data sources, data flows, data definitions, and data quality rules and identify root causes of data quality problems and propose solutions
• Provide Data Governance support by contributing to the development and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures, and work with data owners to define data definitions and business rules
• Create clear, concise, and informative reports and dashboards to communicate data insights and key metrics to stakeholders, using data visualization tools to present findings effectively
• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other team members to understand data requirements and implement data solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as a data expert and provide training and support to business users on data access, reporting, and data quality tools

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent with a focus in Data Analytics and AI
• CFA enrollment is an asset
• 3+ years of Investment Management Operations, Asset Management or Wealth Management industry experience, preferably in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience with data management tools and various query and processing languages (SQL, Python, ETL)
• 2+ years of experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker)
• 1+ years of experience with public cloud environments and developing data quality programs within their applications (GCP, Databricks, Azure, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with implementing a data catalog, quality, and profiling tool (Collibra, SAS Viya, etc.)
• Other certifications in programming languages such as Python, SQL or other equivalent.)
