The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking an undergraduate student, with a preferred major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field for our summer internship program within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department supporting the Application Development team.

This is a paid internship, Monday- Friday, (40 hours per week). Our Summer Internship Program is typically 10 weeks. The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.

What you will do:

  • Philadelphia System IT is looking for a motivated and tech savvy intern to join our team and assist in developing an Enterprise Architecture Patterns Catalog.
  • You will survey development teams and inventory existing in use architecture patterns, and work to conceptualize a catalog of design patterns through a protype, possibly in SharePoint.

What you will have:

  • Technical Skills: Some understanding of IT architecture concepts (TOGAF a plus), SharePoint power user, and proficient with Data Visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI and Tableau).
  • Preferred competencies:
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
    • Basic research skills
    • Strong analytical and data reporting skills and attention to detail
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
