Job Description

• Analyzing master data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business
• processes and decision-making;
• Maintaining high data quality standards by following to the rules and regulations documented in the procedures;
• Performing various activities related to Master Data management, including but not limited to,
• creating/changing requests, activating/deactivating accounts, channel, conflict resolution and other Master Data related processes;
• Getting involve in task related to audit based on data extracted from quality dashboards;
• Cleansing activities for Vendor/Customer and other Master Data in SAP;
• Idoc monitoring, identify stuck, failed or delayed idocs and ensure their prompt resolution. Proactively analyse and prevent errors in idocs processing;
• Colaborate with functional teams to solve idocs errors;
• Data cleaning up within multiple ERPs (ex. Duplicates, registered Name, Address, VAT etc.);
• Support in migration projects;
• Offering support in updating the procedures for the team;
• Assisting the implementation of new systems and add-ons that support and establish efficiency;
• Improvements in the processes /systems to provide value to business requirements;
• Performing basic statistical and relational analysis of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies & anomalies;
• Collaborating with Business Analysts on reporting topics;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental;
• procedures, applicable within the company;
• Executing Master Data maintenance as per the defined governance rules, standard operating
• procedures (DTPs), naming convention and other enterprise data standards;
• Supporting and providing feedback to Master Data governance regarding the definition documentation of data maintenance related processes (rules, standard operating procedures SOPs; DTPs), naming convention and other enterprise master data standards);
• Identifing areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies;
• In collaboration with Master Data process matter experts and Master Data specialists, reviews and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable;
• Making recommendations and help to define strategy on Master Data management operational
• process improvements and standardization to gain greater effectiveness;
• Prepare and interpret reports required by Master Data Owner;
• Monitors feedback from other departments for various situations and implements measures to correct any errors;
• Being responsible for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of Master Data management

deliverables;

• Ensuring compliance with Detective Controls, Central directives and audit guidelines;
• Runing business specifics reports ( UC4, Duplicates, Quality checks, Trading Partner reports, etc.);
• Escalating as per escalation matrix;
• Working with supervisor to set priorities and be able to actively assist in all problem resolution
• matters;
• Any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

• University Diploma;
• High school Diploma.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English and/ or another language;
• At least 2 years education or work experience in: finance, logistics or material management
• (purchasing);
• MS Office knowledge;
• Understanding major business processes in which master data is used;
• Ability to work in a structured and careful way;
• Technical affinities (SAP);
• Detail oriented;
• High level of customer and service orientation;
• Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment;
• Logical thinking, curiosity and analysis abilities;
• Positive attitude;
