Pay Range:

$19.20 - $26.40

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to driving efficiency and operational improvements.

This is a temporary position, estimated to last 6 months.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst for Operations and Supply Chain, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze datasets, and provide insights that enhance our processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your technical, analytical, and business acumen skills while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights.

  • Automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and reduce reporting time.

  • Work with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making in areas such as inventory management, forecasting, and process optimization.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning, validating, and structuring data from various sources.

  • Document processes, data models, and methodologies to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

  • Utilize basic Lean and Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, SIPOC) to support workflow improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business needs and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or similar) or equivalent experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in operations or supply chain.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools.

  • Basic understanding of business decisions, supply chain processes, and continuous improvement principles.

  • Ability to analyze basic datasets and communicate findings clearly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to document processes and identify opportunities for automation.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support stakeholders in simple, data-driven decisions.
