About the team
Maintain catalog data of the assigned product group within catalog application CDB. To fulfill this task the relevant TecDoc guidelines need to be considered as well as the current valid catalog data maintenance processes and guidelines.

Your tasks

• Conduct training sessions for new hires on catalog data maintenance processes, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Assess trainees’ performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and report findings to the Team Lead.
• Develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, and process documents in a centralized repository accessible to the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to address training-related queries and challenges.
• Strong expertise in catalog data maintenance and related processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees and team members.
• Proficiency in documentation and knowledge management. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to training and assessment.

Your Profile

• 4-8 Years of experience in Parts Management / Catalog Data Management
• Strong knowledge in the Automotive segment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent English communication skills
