Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and help drive value for our clients. You’ll work with data from various digital channels (online, email, commerce), analyzing and modelling this data to optimize customer experiences and enhance digital performance. You’re passionate about turning data into actionable insights that make personalization work! You work with large data sets and econometric modelling to create actionable insights that help brands drive growth and effectiveness. 

Your expertise in data science and statistics allows you to uncover trends and create strategies that directly impact client success. In this role, you’ll design and build predictive models, develop algorithms, and implement end-to-end solutions for our clients. You’re always on top of the latest technologies, like AI, and you love experimenting with new ways to elevate your work. 

As part of a small, supportive team, you’ll collaborate on various tasks and occasionally assist with dashboard building. While you bring valuable experience, we support your continuous growth and development in the ever-evolving fields of data science and digital marketing. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyse datasets to generate actionable insights and optimize digital channels 
  • Conduct marketing mix modelling projects together with a team of data scientists 
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms 
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders 
  • Stay updated on the latest data science and digital marketing trends 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience as a Data Scientist  
  • Understanding of digital marketing data (online, email, commerce) 
  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English and living in Sweden 

What would make you really stand-out: 

  • Documented experience in conducting marketing mix modelling projects 
  • Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning 
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Adform, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
