The Marketing Data Specialist plays a key role within the Aladdin Marketing Digital team, focusing on dashboard enhancements, data consolidation, inbound management, CRM oversight, competitor analysis, and marketing prospecting support. This role ensures seamless data integration from various marketing platforms, optimizes reporting capabilities, and enhances marketing intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.

A successful candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-savvy, with a strong ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Previous experience with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and data visualization tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancing marketing dashboards to improve reporting, visualization, and insights.

• Consolidating data from multiple sources into a single source of truth for marketing data.

• Managing inbound marketing processes, ensuring efficient lead tracking and qualification.

• Overseeing CRM data integrity—monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing data quality across marketing databases.

• Supporting competitor analysis efforts, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.

• Assisting with marketing prospecting activities, leveraging data insights to identify and support lead generation efforts.

• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on data-driven strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

• Strong data management skills, including data cleansing, consolidation, and quality control.

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying and addressing data inconsistencies.

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.

Our hybrid work model
