바이탈에어코리아는 2006년부터 만성폐쇄성폐질환, 만성호흡부전, 폐쇄성수면무호흡증 등 호흡기 질환 환자를 대상으로 의료기기에 적용된 홈헬스케어 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 바이탈에어는 에어리퀴드의 글로벌 홈헬스케어 브랜드입니다.

Reporting to Data Team Leader, the incumbent is responsible for Health Care business digital requirement management and strategic reflection around Home Health Care IT. The incumbent should closely interact with HC Local Business (Product) Owners, Operations Team and IT team to achieve the company’s goal, objectives and HHC digital transformation initiative (TechCARE).

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Business Requirement Management                        
- Consolidation of business needs and its prioritization in coordination with Business Owners and Local Needs, respecting the Home Healthcare (HHC) Digital Transformation Strategy targets key objectives
- Management of Local Digital project (e.g. RPA, scanning solution & etc) development and execution in collaboration with Local Business Owners & Local vendors
- Supporting HHC Core Solution programs (TechCARE CX/Salesforce, Therapy, Base, Data)                        
                        
2. Strategic reflection around HHC IT                        
- Define best practices and business management processes of the HHC and its associated standard tools                        
- Ensure adoption of standard processes and solutions of the HHC into local operations                        
- Identify sensitive data and associated risks and ensure implementation of associated protection mechanisms                        
                        
3. Local Digital Solution Support                        
- Initiate local digital projects by capturing user requirement and participate in ad-hoc project meetings
- Build a local troubleshooting knowledge base for end-users                        
- Provide direct support to end-users: solving casual questions/issues                        
- Ensure user acceptance tests of local digital solutions and communication to the end users
                        
4. Animates network of Local Business Owners                        
                        
5. Others                        
- Improvement on Gideons (Internal system) reporting, basic troubleshooting

Are you a MATCH?

- Education: Bachelor

- Years of Working Experience: At least 3 years of related experience

- Experience in Salesforce is a must

- Fluent in Korean and English
