Walmart Business is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations. Supply chain and order fulfillment has long been one of Walmart’s core competitive advantages. We are looking for entrepreneurial problem solvers who enjoys sourcing and executing solutions. Be a part of an innovative team that is developing supply chain and fulfillment strategies, building industry analytics and implement their recommendations at a scale that only Walmart can do. The role reports to the Director, Operations for Walmart Business.
What You'll Do:
- Focus on improving Walmart’s leadership position in pricing by delivering actionable insights across your business unit.
- Develop and ensure implementation of strategic fulfillment and inventory initiatives based on Walmart Business’ strategy, competitive position, and margin expectations.
- Collaborate with Merchants by creating actionable insights, implementing tests, driving effective inventory and fulfillment strategies, and partnering to deliver P&L.
- Disaggregate and translate complex business issues into actionable projects.
- Mentor others by setting goals, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Uses tools such as Tableau and Dataiku fed by data pulled using SQL ensuring rigorous quality control and precise insights.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to achieve company goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, marketing, or related field AND 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail supply chain, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related field.
- OR 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in the fields of in business, economics, finance, or related field
- Multiple years’ experience in retail, consulting, supply chain, sourcing, operations management, finance, ecommerce, statistics, startup, or related field
- Understanding of SQL, Python, R, or Dataiku platform
- Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to structure a problem, disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
