We are a diverse team of strategists, engineers, designers, and creators experienced in building high-performance software and AI factory accelerators by embracing automation.About the role:We are seeking a Business Data Analyst II with experience in the federal space to support data collection, documentation, reporting, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of relevant experience and a current IT-III security clearance or NACI clearance at the time of proposal submission.In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining documentation, preparing reports and proposals, assisting with financial and administrative tasks, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will also work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal documentation standards and maintain an internal documentation library.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize information to prepare user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Edit and maintain functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, and customer deliverables.
  • Provide support for financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to systems, programming, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain an internal documentation library and ensure version control for critical documents.
  • Coordinate special documentation services as required to support federal contracts and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with federal documentation and security standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and federal stakeholders to refine documentation and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in business analysis, documentation, or data management.
  •  IT-III security clearance or active NACI clearance at the time of proposal submission.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
  • MS Word (Technical documentation, formatting reports)
  • MS Excel (Data organization, analysis, reporting)
  • MS Access (Database management, queries)
  • MS PowerPoint (Presentation creation for stakeholders)
  • Project Management tools (Tracking and coordinating tasks, deliverables)
  • Strong understanding of documentation processes and administrative support functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage reports and proposals.
