Overview

National Debt Relief (NDR) is seeking a highly technical Senior Digital Analytics Analyst to join our Data Intelligence team. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing digital experiences for new and existing clients by ensuring accurate tracking, analytics implementation, and data-driven insights across the website, mobile, client portal, online chat, and other platforms. As a Senior Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems to extract insights, validate tracking, and drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless data collection, analysis, and integration into enterprise data platforms. This position is ideal for a data-driven problem solver with a strong technical foundation in event tracking, data pipelines, and marketing attribution modeling. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and validation of tracking frameworks using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch, or Tealium, ensuring accurate data collection for web and mobile applications. 
  • Develop and enforce digital event tracking strategies, working closely with engineering teams to align data layer specifications with business needs. 
  • Conduct tracking audits, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve data inconsistencies and improve data quality across digital platforms. 
  • Analyze website, app, and marketing performance using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and SQL, identifying trends and actionable insights to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement. 
  • Implement multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and marketing mix modeling (MMM) to assess the impact of digital campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Leverage SQL and Python for funnel analysis, segmentation, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling to drive data-driven decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, measuring performance improvements and optimizing digital experiences. 
  • Work with data engineers to integrate digital data into Snowflake, ensuring seamless accessibility for enterprise reporting and advanced analytics. 
  • Develop automated reporting dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time insights on digital performance and key business metrics. 
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital analytics, tracking technologies, and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance and maintain best-in-class analytics capabilities. 

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Expert proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Python for digital data analysis.
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and custom event tracking.
  • Strong understanding of tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot tracking issues, perform data validation, and manage large data sets.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover insights from complex data sources.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience documenting tracking specifications, SQL queries, and data pipelines 

Preferred

  • Experience with server-side tracking, CDPs (Segment, mParticle), and data governance.
  • Familiarity with privacy-compliant analytics strategies (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Knowledge of BigQuery ML, dbt, or Apache Airflow for automation and modeling.
  • Exposure to digital marketing automation and personalized content strategies.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $97,000 to $117,500 annually.
