Overview

National Debt Relief (NDR) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst to drive marketing analytics, direct mail performance measurement, and advanced statistical modeling to optimize marketing efforts. This role requires strong SQL and Python expertise, along with experience in lead attribution, pricing optimization, and campaign performance analysis. As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with marketing, finance, and data science teams to develop predictive models, optimize direct mail strategies, and measure marketing ROI. You will play a key role in testing, automation, and scaling data-driven insights that support business growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-heavy environment, enjoys solving complex analytical challenges, and can translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement direct mail analytics strategies, using Python and SQL to analyze campaign effectiveness, response rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Perform lead attribution modeling to evaluate cross-channel marketing impact, ensuring accurate ROI measurement for online and offline acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct pricing optimization analysis, leveraging statistical techniques and machine learning models to maximize revenue and customer conversion.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying key drivers of engagement and recommending improvements for targeting and personalization.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistical rigor in measuring campaign impact and customer behavior changes.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate marketing data sources (CRM, digital analytics, and offline channels) into a unified analytics framework.
  • Leverage predictive modeling, regression analysis, and clustering techniques to enhance segmentation, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) strategies.
  • Create automated reports and dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, providing real-time visibility into marketing performance and trends.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in marketing analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring NDR remains at the forefront of advanced analytics.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Data Science. Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, advanced analytics, or data science.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Expertise in direct mail analytics, lead attribution modeling, and marketing ROI analysis.
  • Experience in pricing optimization, statistical testing, and marketing campaign evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
  • Proficiency in predictive modeling techniques (regression, classification, clustering, time series forecasting).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
  • Background in multi-touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM).
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for data visualization.
  • Knowledge of privacy-compliant analytics strategies (GDPR, CCPA).

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $97,000 to $117,500 annually.
