We are expanding the team and are now looking for a new colleague for our Master Data team where you will be working with Authorisations and Master Data..
You will be joining the Master Data team in Copenhagen who consist of 13 colleagues who all are looking forward to welcoming our new colleague. The team is globally responsible for Access & Master Data Management of our SAP S/4 system.
We support the business by enabling access and authorisations in the SAP environment while ensuring the correct access on all organizational levels in line with Legal, Compliance and Governance regulations. Furthermore we create and maintain Material, Customer, Vendor Master Data and prices while acting as the quality gate for Master Data for our SAP system
What the job is …
The job includes a mix of Authorisation and Master Data tasks
Handling the incoming tickets for Authorisation and Master Data
Assisting in internal controls for user access and roles in SAP
Uploading & maintaining Master Data (Materials, Customers, Vendors & Prices)
How you will contribute to the team
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
You have a high level of attention to detail and a structured approach with an excellent knowledge of English - both written and spoken.
You have the ability to adhere to processes and procedures and possess a positive attitude.
It is an advantage if you are eager to learn and would like to get experience with global stakeholder management on all levels in a business.
Your hold a bachelors degree or similar and have an interest in learning complex parts of SAP that has an impact on the entire End to End process of the business.
