We are currently searching for a Generative AI Architect:

Responsibilities:

• Lead one or more teams consisting of 6 to 8 ML engineers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Lead architectural and solution implementation discussions, particularly in the context of Azure OpenAI and Azure ML Services.
• Spend at least 50% of your time writing code and setting up systems, leading cloud enablement programs.
• Manage customer-facing aspects of project delivery, including Scope of Work, timelines, and IaC template creation and deployments.
• Oversee greenfield and brownfield NLP, Generative AI, and RAG Search projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of total industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering in an enterprise setting.
• 5+ years of data science experience in an enterprise setting. Hands-on experience with Python, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• 2+ years of data engineering experience.
• 6+ months of experience with generative AI, specifically text-based models. Experience with RAG search using libraries such as Langchain, Llama_index, Semantic Kernel, etc.
• Demonstrable knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps.
• Relevant certifications or showcaseable projects will be an added advantage.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
