🌟THE CONTEXT
Within the People Analytics team, attached to the ADEO Human Resources department, you collaborate outside the team members, with the HR strategy owners (health and safety, talent performance management, compensation, etc.), the technical data team, the business and data contacts in the BU, the performance team.
You participate in setting up the foundations necessary for the analysis (definition, data collection) and thus in the HR DATA DRIVEN transformation.
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, structuring and analyzing HR data in order to draw conclusions to optimize and improve processes.
🎯 YOUR MISSION
- Compile, structure and analyze HR data to improve decision-making.
- Advice on improving the collection, structuring and analysis of HR data.
- Carry out ad hoc analyses to meet specific needs or contribute to the development of HR team skills.
- Build prototypes to innovate in data analysis.
- Collaborate with the technical teams in charge of developing People Analytics tools.
- Conduct correlation analyses and test hypotheses in order to refine HR strategies.
- Create interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to visualize key insights.
- Participate in the animation of HR data governance.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge and skills of HR teams in Adeo companies in the field of People Analytics.
- Support HR managers in understanding and using data to guide their strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve People Analytics tools and structure HR data governance.
- Ultimately develop predictive models to anticipate HR trends.

- The impact of tenure on economic performance
- The link between investment in people and economic performance.
- The impact of training on turnover growth.
- Identification of key turnover factors and corrective action plans.

🥇 YOUR PROFILE
Degree in statistics, data analytics or related field or 3 years of experience as a data analyst
- Mastery of data collection and structuring tools (SQL, Python, etc.).
- Skills in People Analytics and data visualization (example: Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Ability to structure, analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making.
- Appetite for innovation and digital transformation applied to Human Resources.
- Knowledge of the required HR processes (recruitment, turnover, engagement, performance) and ability to analyze them through a data prism.
- Mastery of digital HR tools and HRIS, with a vision oriented towards digital transformation and innovation.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills to support the data transformation of HR teams
Fluent English required (strong international dimension)
Ability to work in project mode and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
