ETL DEVELOPER

Data Warehouse and Data Mart Development

• Enhancing and optimizing clients cloud-based data warehouse for scalability and performance.
• Building and refining data marts to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Applying dimensional modeling best practices to improve data structure and accessibility.
• All data will stay onshore and will not be accessed by offshore resources

ETL and Data Integration

• Developing and managing ETL processes to integrate, claims, clinical, and quality data
•  
• Performance Tuning and Compliance

• Optimizing queries and workflows to optimize build times
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and internal data security policies.

Required Skills & Experience

 The ideal resource(s) should have:

• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse development in healthcare
• Expertise with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift (required) Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse,).
• Strong ETL development skills, including experience with dbt (required), Apache Airflow, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SQL(required) and Python for data transformation.
• Experience integrating healthcare data sources (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT).
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
