Description: 

As a Contract Data Management Intern you will be responsible for assisting our Budapest based MSA (Material Stream Agreement) team in managing and maintaining our data quality. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of data-related projects, gaining hands-on experience with data management tools.  Your tasks: 

• Perform administrative work to identify defects in our systems and initiate corrective measures
• Read and compare a large volume of contracts in different databases to ensure data accuracy
• Help ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and cleanups.
• Coordinate with the financial and customer service teams to resolve data inconsistencies
• Support in the preparation of user guidelines, training sessions and management presentations
• Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required
• Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns

Your profile:

• Ongoing university studies in Business Economics, Engineering, Data Science or relevant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
• Interest and/or knowledge in data analysis
• Interest and/or knowledge in asset performance management
• Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
• Familiarity with data management softwares and tools is a plus
• Fluent English AND Italian conversational level
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently, and apply new ways of resolution
• Team player attitude
