BryceTech is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to drive informed decision-making. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO). The candidate must be highly analytical and detail-oriented.  

Responsibilities include:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and product requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Gather information using various methods including interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Using data and workflows to identify trends, processes, and opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support strategic planning initiatives by developing project plans, managing risks, and delivering actionable insights.
• Create clear and concise visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to evaluation industry trends, competitive landscapes and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain data models, processes, and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in internal discussions to provide tactical knowledge to better inform strategic planning.
• Be knowledgeable in industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve analytical processes.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS (i.e., Education, Experience):

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data management and visualizations.
• Strong programs skills (Python, R, and SQL)
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-collaboration and ability to manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey data take-aways to non-technical stakeholders.
• Secret clearance required, TS preferred.
