Your team

You’ll be working in the Analytics & Performance Management team in Poland. We are the centre of excellence for Business Intelligence solutions and performance measurement for Strategy Planning and Portfolio Management across GOTO. We provide back-to-front analytical solutions ranging from data ETL, data pipelines and flows development leveraging software tools, as well as cloud-based database solutions, to building analytical reports and dashboards in Power BI to simplify and streamline decision-making process for our stakeholders.

Our basic requirements

We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in July 2025.

For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

Your expertise

• knowledge of data structures, data types, databases and how they are being managed.
• proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL, Python).
• experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
• familiarity with Azure environments
• familiarity with one of the data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.).
• excellent English (written and oral)
