Job Title: Data and AI Analyst

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We currently have an opportunity for a Data and AI analyst to join the RLAM Data Strategy and Transformation team on a permanent basis in London. The role reports to the Data & AI Strategy Lead and will have exposure to senior leaders in the organisation.

 

The Data & AI Analyst will join the Data Strategy and Transformation team and will support RLAM's data and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives. They will work closely in a small team composed of the Data & AI Strategy Lead, a Data Strategist and a Data Scientist, to develop data-driven and AI-powered solutions that support business objectives.

About the role

 

  • Support the delivery of data and AI solutions to colleagues across RLAM using technologies such as Snowflake, PowerAutomate, and Python.
  • Assist colleagues across the business who lack the technical skills to deliver solutions independently but are eager to learn. Build relationships and transfer knowledge to support self-sufficiency in core technologies.
  • Support the experimentation with new technologies, including large language models (LLMs), knowledge graphs, new data or AI tools, and voice technologies, to ensure RLAM keeps pace with rapid advancements in data and AI.
  • Support the running of communities of practice by identifying experts, collecting best practices, creating methodologies, and conducting sessions.

 

About you

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, science or a related STEM field.
  • Having completed a work placement or internship in a data-related role or with exposure to AI concepts, an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, including machine learning algorithms and LLM
  • Desirable technical skills: Python, LLMs, AzureAI, SQL, Power Platform (Automate), Power BI.
