Senior Marketing Analyst

The Impact You'll Have: 
As a Marketing Analyst, you will drive optimization decisions across the function. Work with advanced tools to derive inferences from the data and generate critical insights for marketing campaigns. 

What you'll be doing:  

• Track: Use the MarTech platform to capture performance data for all Marketing activity. Lead attribution decisions to gather highly detailed marketing performance data. 

• Analyze and Report: Regularly study the campaign performance data. Identify and report on the new opportunities and areas for optimization. 

• Learn and Grow: Elevate marketing analytics using advanced analytics and eventually Machine learning techniques. 

What we're looking for:  

If you're a Marketing enthusiast who loves working with data, we want to hear from you. 

• Hands-On Experience: You've already demonstrated your skills as a data analyst, ideally within a fast-paced environment and you're looking for a new challenge! 

• Technical Proficiency: You're highly skilled in both SQL and Python, can work independently with SQL and No-SQL data. 

• Cloud Expertise: You can work with data hosted on AWS cloud platform and are familiar with tools like Athena, RDS, EC2, Sagemaker. 

• Story Telling: You can work with Visualization tools, MS Office suite and online tools to create clear yet compelling reports and Dashboards. 

• Machine Learning and Data Modelling: You have expertise in training models using Classic Machine Learning algorithms in previous projects. You have experience of deploying models in production. 

• Communication: You have a good hold of the English language and can effectively communicate your ideas to others in Spoken and Written communication. 

• Attribution: Understanding of attribution across multiple touchpoints, UTM params and conversion paths. Conduct quality assurance on attribution models and maintain documentation of attribution rules and logic.

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science 

• Experience Required: At least 4 years 

• Proficiency required: SQL, Python, AWS, PowerBI, MS Office Suite, Classical Machine Learning
