Automation & AIOPS - Senior
 

Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Specialist with a robust experience of up to 8 years in the realms of Automation and AIOPS. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest automation technologies and AI-driven operational strategies. This role is designed for a proactive and innovative professional who is eager to apply their expertise in automating complex IT processes and utilizing AI to enhance system functionality and resilience.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of sophisticated automation solutions to streamline IT operations, reduce manual workload, and increase system reliability.
• Implement AIOPS tools and practices to provide actionable insights through advanced analytics, facilitating proactive incident management and operational foresight.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, integrating AIOPS methodologies to elevate the operational landscape.
• Actively monitor, review, and fine-tune automated systems and AIOPS implementations, ensuring they adapt to business needs and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Engage in the technical evaluation and selection process for state-of-the-art automation tools and AIOPS platforms, advocating for solutions that align with our strategic technology roadmap.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and training materials to support the adoption and effective use of automation and AIOPS across the organization.
• Serve as a key technical resource for automation and AIOPS initiatives, providing expertise and support to cross-functional project teams.
   

Qualifications:

• A solid professional background with up to 8 years of experience in IT, specializing in automation and AIOPS.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective automation solutions within complex IT environments.
• Adept at leveraging AIOPS for enhanced system monitoring, event management, and predictive analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications in automation, AIOPS, or related technologies are preferred.
   

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell and familiarity with automation frameworks like Ansible or Terraform.
• In-depth knowledge of AIOPS platforms such as Splunk or Moogsoft, including the application of machine learning algorithms for IT operations.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles and experience applying automation in cloud-based environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds.
