Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate to work on one of the agency’s largest accounts m and help us deliver a range of data led projects for a talented and exceptional candidate who is a self-starter and who can leverage the power of data to deliver value to our client’s marketing activities. 

 
Working closely with the client and teams, the candidate will be responsible to support data-driven marketing activities s and work towards delivering the client’s vision of customer centric marketing. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to promote, develop and manage data and analysis deliverables for clients. 

• Delivery of data services to support marketing activities 

• Program and develop Extract, Transform and Load programs to support integration 

• Ensure data quality within the database - Data Loading and error handling 

• User Acceptance Test to ensure that Quality in deliverables 

• Produce high standard of documentation on data flows and processes 

• Co-ordinate data campaigns and analysis projects, including segmentation and modelling deliverables. 

• Assess client and 3rd party data sources and new data capture opportunities to enhance existing data. 

• Define and set-up reporting and analysis processes and deliverables that meet client objectives. 

 
Experience  

• A minimum of 2 years’ of operating in Data Management (Data mapping, data transformation, data migration) – preferably within an agency environment. 

• Strong Database Architectures understanding  

• Experience working with CRM systems using SAP, Salesforce or similar 

• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels  

• Working experience in social media platform in form publishing 

• Good knowledge computer skills : Ms. Access, SQL, Visual Basic, Excel or Java programming language  

• Good command of English both spoken and written
