We are building the future of an Agentic Enterprise, our AI/ML team drives innovation by developing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions which deliver scalability and advanced intelligence across mission critical business functions. We partner with key stakeholders across all departments—including Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success, and others—to deliver impactful solutions that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. We’re looking for an experienced AI Solutions Product Manager to join our team. This is an individual contributor role and will be hybrid to our San Jose, CA office. The role will be focusing on GenAI and Agentic Applications and report to our VP, Data and AI within the CIO organization. You will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the product strategy for AI solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineering, and security teams
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by translating intricate AI/ML concepts into approachable, user-centric solutions
• Identifying and prioritizing features based on market research, customer needs, and business value, while managing the product roadmap end-to-end
• Ensuring effective planning, communication, and alignment across teams to translate complex AI/ML concepts into scalable, user-friendly solutions
• Overseeing the lifecycle of AI products, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3–5 years focused on AI or data-driven products
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, agentic frameworks and their practical applications
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full product life cycles within agile environments

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Expertise in translating technical AI concepts into business value propositions
• Background in engaging with external stakeholders to drive product adoption
• Knowledge of GenAI Architecture and key components of vector data bases, retrieval augmented generation, guard rails, prompting, agent orchestration, and LLM model competencies

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$161,000—$230,000 USD
