Our Operations Team

Our Operations team is the beating heart of our business. The team is responsible for the onboarding and implementation of our technology across new customers, as well as ensuring ongoing success once the system is up and running on client sites. The goal – successful pilots with early clients, such that they quickly become key clients deploying our technology on a national and international scale.

Our Shared Services sits within the Global Operations team and plays a critical part in ensuring the successful implementation of our systems and monitoring their ongoing performance. By standardizing and consolidating administrative processes, the Shared Services team will ultimately serve as the internal Administrative arm of Winnow globally.  

The Shared Services team is a growing team and is likely to keep expanding as the organisation strives forward in achieving its ambitious goals.

Our Shared Services Internship Intern Programme

Participating in the intern programme at Winnow isn’t about taking a back seat. You’ll be getting involved at the heart of some of our key strategic projects and will have a voice which will be listened to.

Our summer intern programme lasts for 10 weeks and you’ll spend your time learning how to use Winnow’s wide range of tools to be able to provide agility, flexibility and operational support to the Global Operations Team, Marketing and Business Development. Full training will be provided. At the end of the summer, we would hope you have demonstrated all the skills needed to join the team on a permanent basis, which depending on your year of studies will either be on a full-time basis from September, or on a part-time basis if you are returning to university to complete your studies.

Requirements

Your role

You will join a motivated and driven team involved in optimising the data from our systems. Full training will be provided.

More specifically the role will involve:

• Uploading menus for new sites as well as making updates and changes for current customers
• Using a wide range of tools to monitor the (AI) model performance of Winnow’s systems
• Analysing and manipulating data in Excel, Gsheets and Winnow’s online BI platform
• Escalating and investigating common issues with the Customer Support team
• Ensuring the backend and reports are correctly set-up in the Winnow database
• Running bespoke reports requested by our clients
• Providing administrative support during large scale deployments
• Being the linchpin between the client and the support team to ensure all systems are operating as required
• Supporting ad hoc projects as required

Working alongside subject matter experts, you will receive guidance and encouragement in a collaborative environment to grow professionally and reach your potential.

About you

The role would be perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, has excellent communication skills and has an eagle-eye for detail. Previous experience with Excel and data manipulation is preferred.
