The ideal candidate would be driving the DevSecOps strategy for Lam globally and establish standards, best practices and guide the development and operations teams within Lam.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for Azure AI & Copilots to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enabling AI in SaaS applications such as ComplianceQuest, Siemens Opcenter, and Icertis CLM. This role requires expertise in business processes, Microsoft Azure, GitHub Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilots. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with technology stacks, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Who We’re Looking For

• Support the integration and enablement of AI in SaaS applications like ComplianceQuest, Siemens Opcenter, and Icertis CLM.
• Provide expertise in business processes to ensure AI solutions align with organizational objectives and requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure and GitHub Copilot to develop and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Work with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to enhance and optimize business applications.
• Develop and maintain Copilots to assist users in various tasks and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring successful project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.

• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and 18 + years of work experience in related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a focus on Azure AI, LLMs and Copilots.
• Strong expertise in enabling AI in SaaS applications like ComplianceQuest, Siemens Opcenter, and Icertis CLM.
• Excellent knowledge of business processes and their alignment with AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, GitHub Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
• Experience with technology stacks, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
