As a Data Analyst on the Real Property Manager team, a typical day for you will include:

Data Integrity & Accessibility:

  • Work with Shared Services to collect data from various sources while ensuring accuracy.
  • Monitor and review all API and data collection processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage synchronization schedules and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Reporting Infrastructure Development & Maintenance:
  • Build and maintain internal reporting for Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Develop franchisee-facing reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Provide data-driven support to departments through meaningful insights.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Utilize statistical and analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Interpret data findings to provide actionable business insights.
  • Apply predictive modeling and machine learning techniques where applicable.

Data Visualization & Business Reporting:

  • Design charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports to clearly communicate insights.
  • Leverage tools like Power BI and Excel for data visualization.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions, including:
  • Operations (FBC Reports)
  • Marketing Playbook
  • Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) / Sales Reports
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance & Data Ethics:

  • Ensure data handling and reporting comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when dealing with sensitive data.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI and best practices in data analysis. 
    • Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical analysis. 
    • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation. 
    • Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipeline management. 
    • Prior experience in franchise operations, real estate, or property management industries is a plus. 

  • Skills:
    • Strong Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex data and uncover insights. 
    • Attention to Detail: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting. 
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies. 
    • Communication Skills: Clearly convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
    • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with data tools, APIs, and reporting platforms. 
    • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving processes. 
    • Business Acumen: Understand how data impacts various departments and overall company goals. 
  • Education:
    • Bachelors Degree required
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid model if DFW based; Monday-Wednesday in office.
    • Fully remote okay if not based in DFW.
