You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in test and evaluation engineering, system test events, requirements analysis and traceability, hardware testing, data analysis, and trade study design
• Experience in rapid prototyping and working in a laboratory environment
• Experience with writing and maintaining technical documents, including test plans, test cards, test reports, and supporting technical reviews
• Experience with a variety of COTS and GOTS M&S and data science tools, including MATLAB and Python, to manipulate data between different formats and perform post-processing of data
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including various engineering disciplines
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
    

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with testing to military standards and details
• Experience performing systems engineering tasks for DoD programs
• Knowledge of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A), data analytics, and digital engineering tools such as IBM DOORS, Cameo, Atlassian Jira, CAD tools, Ansys, mission-based simulation software

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
