WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Join our team as a Senior AI Technical Lead! We're seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions in Corporate and Investment Banking. If you have a passion for innovation, a strong technical background, and a desire to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Architect, design, and build scalable, high-performance AI products tailored to the needs of business users in Corporate and Investment Banking.

• Transform AI solutions into production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and seamless integration with existing systems.

• Product owner of the technical platform and ecosystem for AI development, including data pipelines, model deployment infrastructure, monitoring tools, and CI/CD workflows, managing the implementation and maintenance with the production team.

• Collaborate closely with Domain CIOs, IT infrastructure teams, and the Data/Infrastructure Center of Excellence (CoE) to align AI initiatives with broader organizational strategies and ensure smooth integration.

• Establish and enforce best practices in AI development, including model versioning, deployment automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management (MLOps).

• Provide technical mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the technical team, fostering an environment of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE

• Over 10 years of experience in technology, AI development, data science, and technical leadership roles, with a preference for experience within similar financial institutions.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• In-depth expertise in data architecture design, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), MLOps frameworks, and AI development tools.

• Advanced knowledge of AI techniques such as deep learning, NLP, forecasting, reinforcement learning, and real-time data processing.

• Desirable: Familiarity with data infrastructure, architecture, IT ecosystem of a Bank company.

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale AI solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong project management capabilities, with a keen ability to prioritize, plan, and execute AI projects efficiently.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.

• English (At least B2 level)

• Desirable: Knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and industry-specific challenges.
