Find out more.We are seeking an energetic and strategic Product Manager to lead the Data product Value Stream within our Patent Annuities business. This role requires a driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited about leveraging data to enhance product quality across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a deep understanding of data management, data governance, and product development. You will be responsible for creating and managing data solutions that ensure our products are robust, reliable, and optimized to meet customer and business needs.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Product Management (2 years +) – Experience managing data-driven products, defining strategy, and leading the product lifecycle from ideation to execution
- 7+ Years relevant professional experience
- Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, marketing, and business teams to build data products and articulate value and insights to Customers, Leadership and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and a strong understanding of data pipelines & visualization and experience using data to drive insights and product decisions.
- Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, ML/ AI and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experimentation & Metrics – Experience with A/B testing, KPIs, and data-driven experimentation to optimize product performance.
What will you be doing in this role?
Product Ownership and Strategy- Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data management across all Patent Annuities solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Patent Annuities business unit to ensure alignment between data initiatives and product goals.
- Create evidenced based roadmap partnering with technology and data teams to prioritise initiatives based on impact on KPI’s and Customer.
- Identify and design data-driven solutions that improve data quality, integration, and insights within the Patent Annuities product suite.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and product teams to create innovative solutions for data collection, storage, processing, and analytics.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle management for data products, from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data solutions within Patent Annuities and the wider IP business, ensuring clear communication of product direction and progress.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, legal, compliance) to ensure that data solutions meet business needs, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and align with best practices.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure customer-centric product development.
- Develop and maintain standards for data quality, ensuring that data solutions are reliable, accurate, and consistent across the product suite.
- Implement and oversee data governance practices, ensuring data handling meets all regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and standards, partnering with legal and compliance teams to implement policies and safeguards as required.
- Define, monitor, and analyse product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement in data products and processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance, scalability, and usability of data solutions.
- Apply insights from data to optimize existing products and services and uncover opportunities for new data-driven solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment across teams, facilitating cross-functional projects and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering skill development in data management and product ownership.
About the Team
This role will report into the Director, Product Management working as part of a wider team of Product Managers within our IP Renewals product function.
Hours of Work
Full-time, permanent role based out of the Belgrade office on a hybrid basis.
