What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Product team to analyze and improve product mechanics and user experience.
  • Conduct deep-dive research to identify product inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement, uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
  • Investigate how users interact with features, detect bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Define key product metrics, analyze their fluctuations, and identify underlying drivers.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to refine product features.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and QA to support data-driven decision-making.

What we expect from you

  • Advanced SQL (window functions, subqueries) and Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn)
  • Ability to write production-ready code (docker, git, airflow)
  • Strong foundation in probability theory and mathematical statistics
  • Knowledge and experience of statistical methods
  • Product-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership and proactive mindset
  • Excellent English-speaking skills to communicate effectively within the team
  • Mastery of balancing between self-management and dynamic teamwork
  • ML experience will be an advantage
