Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Engineering and Visualization Associate to support the design, management, and optimization of data pipelines and dashboarding platforms. Reporting to the Data Engineer, you will assist in ensuring data accuracy, transforming raw data, and creating meaningful visualizations that empower decision-making. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their technical expertise and work closely within a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline Support: Assist in building, maintaining, and monitoring scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources.
• Data Accuracy: Perform regular checks to ensure data quality and reliability within pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
• Data Transformation: Support ETL/ELT processes by preparing, cleaning, and transforming raw data for analysis.
• Dashboard and Visualization Development: Collaborate with the Data Engineer and business stakeholders to build dashboards and reports that meet specific requirements using tools like Datorama/Salesforce Intelligence.
• Data Integration: Assist in integrating data from various sources, including media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Facebook, Adobe Analytics).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic data-related issues, escalating complex challenges to the Data Engineer when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., IT, media, and client teams) to support data needs and contribute to the delivery of analytics solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of data processes, pipelines, and reporting workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Foundational experience working with data warehouses, including ingesting and transforming data.
• Understanding of data transformation processes (ETL/ELT).
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools like Datorama/Salesforce Intelligence or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data quality checks.
• Basic knowledge of data integration with media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Facebook, Adobe Analytics).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Python or SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Exposure to data lakes and working with large datasets.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
