As a Senior Data Scientist at Mable, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of data science initiatives spanning multiple business domains. Whether it’s optimising customer experiences, driving operational efficiencies, or unlocking new growth opportunities, your work will have a direct and measurable impact.
You'll be joining a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll apply your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI to develop innovative data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge infrastructure, and have the chance to work on initiatives that include generative AI, advanced analytics, and experimentation.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence Mable’s data science strategy while tackling complex challenges that drive real-world outcomes.

What will I be doing?

• Lead the development of machine learning and AI-driven solutions to support strategic business initiatives across different domains.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Experiment and optimise by designing A/B tests and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, analysts, and UX designers to operationalise models and analytics solutions.
• Develop scalable and production-ready models that drive business impact.
• Communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leverage Mable’s robust data infrastructure and cloud-based platforms to build, deploy, and monitor models in production.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and adopting emerging technologies, including generative AI.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of industry experience in building and deploying data science solutions.
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• A solutions mindset with a strong motivation to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and MLOps tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS, etc.).
