What can you expect of this role?

As a ML Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal part in building advanced machine learning solutions. Ranging from salary benchmarking and predictive analytics to anomaly detection, all leveraging our extensive payroll data. Your work will help drive Nmbrs toward our vision of a self-driving payroll application.

Requirements

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Are proficient in Python for machine learning development and scripting;

• Have strong understanding of supervised learning fundamentals (experience with regression and classification algorithms like Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Neural Networks);

• Have solid experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn);

• Are experienced with data preprocessing and feature engineering using relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, NLTK);

• Have experience with SQL Server for data querying and manipulation;

• Have experience building and maintaining automated machine learning pipelines to increase efficiency and reliability;

• Have experience in Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing and machine learning using Apache Spark and PySpark;

• Have experience building and maintaining automated machine learning pipelines to increase efficiency and reliability;

• Are fluent in English;

• Have attention to detail.
