How you will make an impact in this role
As a key member of the Service Delivery division at Trusting Social, you will be instrumental in forging and strengthening our partnerships with Financial Institutions and Telecom Operators with Data Reconciliation. You will drive the success of critical projects, enhancements, and changes, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Furthermore, you are expected to manage projects, enhancements, changes and BAU activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage TS platforms/projects based on changing priorities and market opportunities.
- Work with architects, development and support teams to ensure features are developed and rolled out as per the defined roadmap.
- Meet with partners, vendors, support teams and other platform users to provide the best of class platform.
- Manage vendors and relevant processes.
- Work with security teams and architects to make sure security is part of the platform fabric and not an afterthought. Participating in Audits is an added advantage.
- Ensure platform features are prioritized in the backlog against other competing priorities to meet the roadmap requirements.
- Demo platform features to support teams, business support and end users when necessary.
- Coordinate and Facilitate platform training, user acceptance testing, and security testing where required to end users.
- Plan and Coordinate platform releases with partners and keep track of platform versions for all deployments.
- Review and manage product documentation and ensure documentation is current and is distributed to all end users on time.
- Work with end users to set expectations on timelines for new features and bug fixes.
- Facilitate agile rituals and enforce discipline.
- Work with Telco partners and Financial Institutions to optimize the integrations with TS product’s.
- Overall SPOC for any Telco, Vendor and Client-related projects.
Requirements
- 5 - 8+ years of experience managing application/product platforms in the Fintech vertical.
- Experience managing agile teams, breaking down business requirements into platform features both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience developing, maintaining and delivering platform features as per the roadmap with tight timelines (Must).
- Experience/exposure to agile modelling and domain-based design.
- Experience with Dev-ops methodologies such as CI/CD and containers preferred.
- Experience threat modelling, product security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability testing (Must).
- Exposure to emerging technologies, open source technologies, and cloud is preferred.
- Experience in platform performance management is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local and national regulatory compliance, including but not limited to data privacy, data sovereignty, and banking and security regulations.
- Hands-on, technical mindset with attention to detail. Having SQL and Python skills is an added advantage.
- High organization and technical skills.
- Certifications such as CAPM/PMP/CSM would be preferable.
