This paid one-year program focuses on your development, providing you with practical experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.

This year, we have several tracks available, including Business Analytics and Support track, Data Science & Analytics track, IT Software Engineering track, DevOps (IT Platform Engineers) track and Quantitative Analytics track. Choose the one that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

In IT Software Engineering Track, we are looking for Back-end Engineers (.NET, Java), Cloud and Mainframe Specialists, Full-Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, Test Automation Engineers.

What's next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events at the beginning of April, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers. The expected starting date is early to mid-May 2025.

For FuturePros students - monthly salary 1750 Eur gross.

You will:

  • Join one of the FuturePros IT Software Track teams at Danske Bank Lithuania as a Back-end Engineer (.NET, Java), Cloud Specialist, Mainframe Specialist, Full-Stack Engineer, Data Engineer, Test Automation Engineer
  • Work with a vide range technological projects and, depending on the team, apply HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, SQL, C#, Python, AWS and other skills
  • If Test Automation Engineering is your interest, you should either be comfortable with JavaScript, Typescript, and HTML/CSS, or be open to learning these technologies
  • Pursuing a role as a Cloud Specialist means you should either have a background in .NET, SQL, C#, or Java, or be willing to develop these technical skills
  • As a Full-Stack Specialist, you should either be adept at writing software and algorithms using .NET and C#, or be keen to gain expertise in this area within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • In Data Engineering, you should either have experience with Python, SQL, and AWS services like S3, Glue, and Lambda, or be ready to learn how to handle data and create scripts and applications using these tools
  • Aspiring to be a Mainframe Specialist means you should either bring programming knowledge and be prepared to learn mainframe skills or be ready to dive into this specialized field

About you:

  • You are a curious graduate, a reskilled specialist, or a student in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Have the foundational knowledge for the chosen profile, obtained from your higher education institution, coding school, or individual studies
  • Possess programming language skills (which vary depending on the role) and are ready to apply them to professional projects at Danske Bank
  • Coding, creativity, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are your skills
  • Have the interest in learning new concepts and working within a team
  • Have a B2 level of English for daily communication in international teams
