FuturePros Programme: Business Analytics and Support Track

This paid one-year commitment focuses on your development, providing you with practical experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.

This year, we have several tracks available, including Business Analytics and Support, Data Science & Analytics, Quantitative Analytics, IT Software Engineering and DevOps (IT Platform Engineers) Tracks. Choose the one that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.  

In the Business Analytics and Support Track, we are looking for Business Analysts and Business Support Consultants.

What's next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend assessment events at the beginning of April, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers. The expected starting date is early to mid-May 2025.

For FuturePros students - monthly salary 1750 Eur gross.

You will:

• Join one of the FuturePros Business Analytics and Support Track teams at Danske Bank Lithuania as a Business Analyst or Business Support Consultant
• As a Business Analyst, you might have the opportunity to enhance your technical skills by working with Excel, Alteryx or Tableau, and you could choose to deepen your understanding of SQL and Python programming languages
• Alternatively, you might develop more analytical skills and gain a better understanding of different business processes and systems, such as Oracle, from both a technical and process-related perspective, enhancing your ability to improve and work with processes
• If you join as a Business Support Consultant, you may find yourself maintaining updated employee and tribe information, coordinating communications and meetings, managing financial approvals and system access, contributing to financial reporting, and supporting ad hoc tasks as needed by the Tribe Leadership Team
• Either way you will collaborate with your leader, senior colleagues, and former FuturePros participants to boost your development

About you:

• You are a, curious, motivated student, recent graduate, or reskilled specialist in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields or the foundational knowledge for the chosen profile, obtained from your higher education institution, coding school, or individual studies
• Problem-solving and communication skills are part of your abilities
• If you are interested in a Business Analyst role, having a basic understanding of and willingness to apply skills in Excel, Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau could be beneficial
• For Business Support Consultant role, possessing or being willing to develop organizational and coordination skills, effective communication, financial management, and system access management would be beneficial
• Have a upper-intermediate of English for daily communication in international teams
