DevOps Lead

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize infrastructure for secure, scalable, and high-performance AI applications. In this role, you will drive automation, reliability, and scalability, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless deployments with minimal downtime.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for high-availability and scalable applications.
• Implement MLOps best practices for AI/ML model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Enhance security, observability, and performance of production systems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Helm, and related tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline DevOps workflows and improve system reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in GCP, including networking, security, and cloud service scaling.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization best practices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
• Experience with MLOps workflows, model serving, and AI infrastructure.
• Hands-on scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
