Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Develop new hardware & innovative solution on sensor integration (IoT) and data mining to existing manufacturing equipment.
• Perform new sensor development and selection for data mining to IoT platform.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics team to integrate and implement large scale data solution
• Responsible to develop/sustain existing software programs, algorithms and automate data to clean and evaluate huge amount of datasets from multiple sources.
• Continue improving the acquisition system through software updates or new/improved hardware
• Documentation of systems and procedures for the setup and maintenance of hardware systems.
• Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.

Qualifications

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor/Master in Electronic and Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Robotics.
• Experience in equipment development, APC/FDC, PCB/circuit design, automation, sensor/motor integration for digital data mining, system integration
• Familiar with Python, C#, JMP, Minitab, or other data analysis tools
• Familiar with microcontroller programming is a plus
• Faimiliar with embedded system programming is a plus
• Familiar with programming language SQL, Python, C/C++ and communication protocol such as SECS-GEM, OPA UA, SCADA, MODBUS, TCP/IP, IO-LINK will be an added advantage.

Preferred"

• Knowledge in sensors, PLC, motion controller and servo motor will be an added advantage.
• Equipped with Semiconductor assembly equipment and process knowledge will be an advantage.

SKILLS

• Good team work spirit.
• Strong self-learning motivation, good communication skill.
• Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently
• Perform work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
